As the Chief Executive Officer of both Hero Properties and the recently formed Realside Ovest, Julie Drago has become a leading figure in the industrial property sector of Western Australia. Julie leads a dynamic, flexible, and responsive team that have built a significant portfolio since Hero Properties inception in the 1970’s.
In a traditionally male-dominated sector, Julie is a pioneer and role model for property professionals. The continuing and remarkable success of Hero and Ovest is testament to Julie’s passion for the property sector and her focus on putting her clients’ needs above everything else.
Over a property career that spans almost two decades, Julie’s proven track record is impressive. At the helm of two businesses, she has successfully overseen the completion of over 250,000m NLA for a diverse range of national and international tenants.
Julie is also a current member and former Chair of Industrial Land and Infrastructure Committee and is a current Division Councillor for the Property Council of WA. Julie is a Graduate of the AICD and is also a board director for Mendolia Seafoods.
