I am a senior property executive with over 19 year’s experience in the retail property sector across both large institutional REITS and Retail Apparel Group where I have spent most of my career.

Throughout my career I’ve being committed to the growth of one of Australia’s largest speciality retailers, Retail Apparel Group. In my time with the organisation, I have been responsible for executing multiple facets of the retail distribution channel including property & leasing, store design & development, lease administration and capex management.
I am also responsible for the strategic direction of the property function which has involved creating, growing, and leading a team to execute the business’s ambitious network plan throughout Australia and New Zealand.

With 14 years on the Leadership Team within Retail Apparel Group, my exposure to all areas of the business has ensured a well-rounded understanding and approach to retail.

I actively sit as member of the Executive steering committee for Australia within the group.

I am passionate about the future of retail, the digital transformation ahead of us and the vibrancy of the Retail environment.

Importantly, the future of Retail and a pathway to a more sustainable, circular economy within our industry.
