Goodes, a proud Adnyamathanha man, is just as well known for his impact off the field, and in 2014 was named the Australian of the Year in recognition of his community work and advocacy in the fight against racism and empowering the next generation of Indigenous Australians.
Adam will take to the stage at Congress to help unpack some of the social challenges that the property industry faces as we see greater demands for social license and reconciliation actions, as well as providing personal perspectives and reflections.

The experience of Congress is very nurturing in
many ways - 900 people working toward a common
goal of continuing to improve our industry
- it really is the reason we all get out of bed every
morning. The people.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first Property Council of
Australia Congress. Coming together for the first
time in two years, there was a real buzz around
the place and Hobart made an excellent host city.
I connected and reconnected with a number of
industry participants and enjoyed all of the sessions
I attended. Dylan Alcott was a stand out for
me. This will definitely not be my last Congress -
see you all at the Gold Coast!

The Property Congress is always a great opportunity
to connect across our amazing industry, and
hear from some incredible speakers. It's not often
you get to learn from ex-Prime Ministers and community
leaders like Dylan Alcott, in a room full of
old and new friends, collaborators and clients
