Ranisha Clarke was appointed Managing Director of Communities, Australia in 2023, her latest role in a 20-year career with Lendlease. She is responsible
for leading the Communities’ business strategy and growth opportunities for 16 projects across four regions.

Since joining Lendlease in 2003, Ranisha’s strategic vision, commercial acumen and ability to conceive and execute growth strategies has landed her
leadership positions including her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, Communities and prior to this Head of NSW, Communities.

Ranisha’s expertise in large-scale master planned community developments includes project management, financial modelling and performance, governance, and operations. She has led large teams in design, planning and delivery of a suite of master planned communities and her innate understanding of market trends and the broader policy landscape, combined
with her strong commercial background, has generated positive returns for the business and earned her industry recognition.

Working collaboratively with investors and other project stakeholders, Ranisha is passionate about aligning business needs with market potential and offers unparalleled insights into development opportunities, planning imperatives, market readiness and stakeholder engagement. She is also deeply passionate about sustainable development and the role of the built
environment sector in supporting the transition to a low carbon economy.
