Ranisha Clarke has more than 18 years’ experience in large-scale community development, project management, fnancial modelling and performance, governance, and operations.
In 2003, Ranisha joined Lendlease as a Finance Manager before undertaking a role as Project Director for The New Rouse Hill. Upon project completion, Ranisha was promoted to Regional Development Manager and led the team in design, planning and delivery of a suite of master planned communities across NSW. Her innate understanding of the region’s market trends, political landscape and fnancial metrics generated successful returns for the business and Ranisha including commendation recognition at the UDIA NSW Women
in Leadership Awards for Excellence.
In recognition of her broad experience across the Communities business, Ranisha joined the leadership team as the General Manager Operations in 2017 where she was responsible for operations across a diverse portfolio in five regions. She was then appointed Head of NSW for the Communities business, leading a portfolio of projects. Most recently, Ranisha was
appointed Chief Operating Officer for Lendlease Communities Australia.
