His exceptional credentials have been gained through various positions including as Managing Director – Global Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific for UBS and Managing Director of AMP Brookfield – a globally listed joint venture with $8 billion assets under management. This is in addition to his management of two Japanese real estate investment trusts with assets under management of $2 billion.
Trevor plays a crucial role as Commercial & General evolves into a multidisciplinary property and funds management operation. His leadership and strategic involvement has been critical in the delivery of key projects including the $345m Calvary Adelaide Hospital – the largest private hospital ever built in South Australia – and the $500m Australian Bragg Centre for Proton Therapy & Research which will be home to the southern hemisphere’s first dedicated proton therapy unit in Adelaide’s BioMed City precinct.
Trevor sits across multiple boards for Junction Australia, the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association and the Committee for Adelaide. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics.
